Pierre Leong & Co., Ltd. was incorporated on 9th June 1986 by its founder, Mr. Pierre T. T. Leong. The Company became the first chartered member of the loss adjusting profession to be established in Hong Kong.

Over time, the Company grew and established a Chinese standing in Shanghai in 2002. Pierre Leong Adjusters (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary and was the first CIRC licensed loss adjuster in Mainland with 100% ownership held outside China.

Pierre Leong Adjusters (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. has offices in Beijing, Chengdu, Fuzhou, Guangzhou, Macau, Nanjing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Suzhou and Wuhan.

The Company's operations are managed by its Hong Kong Headquarters. Its duties are, but not limited to, supervising and controlling development of decisions, standards and quality, appointment and training. For flexibility and efficiency, autonomy is also vested with branch offices, to develop and maintain client portfolios, as the application of local knowledge and understanding is paramount for an effective service provider.
