PIERRE T.T. LEONG MANAGING DIRECTOR - PIERRE LEONG & CO., LTD. PIERRE LEONG ADJUSTERS (SHANGHAI) CO., LTD.

Pierre was born in Madagascar and moved to Hong Kong to receive his high school education when he was twelve. Pierre has 5 years experiences in building quantity surveyor and 34 years experiences in loss adjusting within the Greater China region. He is the founder of the first Hong Kong based adjusting firm in 1986 and China in 1996. Pierre explored the loss adjusting practice to mainland China since 1983 and have dedicated in the development of the China insurance educations through sponsoring and holding seminars in China and insurance officials visiting Hong Kong. Pierre's loss adjusting experiences embrace all types of insurance claims, including properties, engineering, liabilities, economic losses and risks management. He has broad experiences in deploying the legal issues applying to the western and China. He served as consultant for various committees in the development of the emerging loss adjuster in China. Pierre is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters; Associate Member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Loss Adjusters; European Loss Adjusting Expert. Pierre serves in the Insurance Management Committee of the Hong Kong Management Association.

Douglas, after graduating from an insurance course in the Hong Kong Polytechnic in 1983, started his career as a loss adjuster in a local chartered loss adjusting firm and then continued his career by joining two international chartered loss adjusting firms until the end of 2010. He joined Pierre Leong & Co. Ltd. since early May 2011. During his over 27 years of loss adjusting experience, he used to be an all-line loss adjuster, specializing on the claims regarding property, liability, jewelers’ blocks, business interruption, construction, machinery, marine cargoes, employees’ compensation, etc. as well as on a wide range of pre-risk surveys. He finished a part-time University bachelor course majoring in Business Management by 2005 and also completed an arbitration course organized by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in the same year. He became an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters in 2005 and a fellow member of the Chartered Insurance Institute in 2006.

Benny is a Chartered Loss Adjuster. Since 1990, he has commenced his loss adjusting career at an international loss adjusting firm in Hong Kong. In 2007, Benny re-joined our Company as a Manager and owing to his out-performance, he was then promoted to the post of Associate Director. He is now responsible for property and personal line claims. He has also extended his service and work experience to Guangzhou and Shanghai China. In 2004, Benny was qualified as an Associate Member of Australasian Institute of Chartered Loss Adjusters. In 2005, he further completed a part-time bachelor degree course in financial services. For the past 21 years of experience, Benny has been involved in a number of sizeable claims in Hong Kong and China. He is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.

RAYMOND, W. K. YEUNG ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR Senior Associate of The Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance Diploma of Business (Loss Adjusting)

Prior to commencing his career as a Loss Adjuster, Raymond had been in the employment of an international bank providing finance and insurance services for two years during which period he was engaged in underwriting and client servicing. In 1987, Raymond entered the loss adjusting profession as a loss adjuster trainee. As he gained technical knowledge and training, he became a senior loss adjuster in 1993 and was promoted to manager two years later in a rival adjusting firm. In 1999, he joined Pierre Leong & Co., Ltd. as an associate director and has continued to practice the profession in the company ever since. For the past 24 years of experience in this career, Raymond had taken up various types of loss investigation and adjustment of claims in both property and casualty classes of business.

ANGEL K.Y. TSANG ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) in Marketing Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance Graduate Diploma of Insurance Diploma of Financial Services (Loss Adjusting) Associate of the Australasian Institute of Chartered Loss Adjuster.

Angel graduated from Hong Kong Polytechnic University, earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. In 1997, after her graduation, she commenced her insurance career in an insurance agency company, acting as a Marketing and Claim Supervisor, dealing with different kind of insurance claims and marketing projects. In 2000, she joined an international loss adjusting firm as an Adjuster and was promoted to Assistant Manager in 2003. She was appointed to handle several major accounts involving both property and liability claims of property management and public transportation accounts. She also handled various types of Property, Business Interruption, Liability and Casualty claims in Hong Kong. In 2001, she was qualified as a Senior Associate of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (as “ANZIIF”). In 2004, she was awarded as a Fellowship in the ANZIIF and earned a Diploma of Financial Services (Loss Adjusting). She was then awarded as an Associate of the Australasian Institute of Chartered Loss Adjuster. She also graduated from Deakins University earning a Graduate Diploma of Insurance. In 2007, through a part-time study, she was awarded by the Chinese University of Hong Kong a Postgraduate Diploma of Women’s Health. In 2008, she joined our Company as a Manager. She has been appointed to take care of a claims management service account from an esteemed, listed local public transportation company, which requires her extensive involvement in cases of personal injury litigation. With years of experience and practice, Angel is also specialized in investigation and management of third party liability claims.

MICHAEL H.S. YUEN ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR Associate of the Australian & New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance

Michael has commenced his loss adjusting career at an international loss in 1997 and promoted to Manager in 2002. In 2008, he joined a rival adjusting firm and was promoted to associate director. In 2011, he joined our Company as an Associate Director. He was qualified as an Associate of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance. For the past 14 years of experience in this career, Michael had taken up various types of loss investigation and adjustment of claims in Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China. Specialize in the investigation of claims relating to employee compensation, third party bodily injury, motor liability, travel, household and property.
